Last night, Rosewood Cutters, the esteemed barbershop that’s been serving the greater Los Angeles community since 1954, opened their third shop in a coveted location on La Cienega Boulevard, adjacent to West Hollywood. The space was amazing and offers plenty of room for the good guys at Rosewood to continue providing exceptional service to their legions of fans.

Prince, a partner in the brand and the shop’s clothing and marketing manager, explained that his clientele was so appreciative and supportive of Rosewood’s work that they basically begged him to open a more centrally located store. The other locations are in Bellflower and Buena Park. Prince’s brother, Francis, is the owner of the shop and the two run it along with their other brothers who are also partners, Ryan, Mark, and Kim Sampang.

The launch party was a raving success with North Shore Poke hors d’oeuvres served by Chef Ryan, a Nobu chef, and drinks provided by Stillhouse Original Moonshine. And yes, both were almost TOO delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever really had moonshine, but I gotta say, I think I’m a new fan. Stillhouse definitely knows how to craft delicious mixed cocktails that will leave you salivating and dancing the night away. Tunes were played by DJ Ralphey Ralph & DJ Bella Fiasco that had everyone at the party moving.

Original merchandise and products are also available for purchase in the new Rosewood Cutters shop, including awesome graphic tank tops, tees, and very unique hats to choose from. The overall vibe of the event was fun, low-key and very inviting – I felt like I knew some of the clientele that arrived, when in reality I had just met them. Rosewood brings out a familial and close bond that everyone in the store can appreciate and feel welcomed into. You can better believe I’ll be going in for my regular cut.

Check out the new Rosewood Cutters Barbershop on 436 N. La Cienega Blvd in Los Angeles, and tell them Kyle sent ya!
